WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT DOING BUSINESS IN OHIO?
Starting my business in Ohio versus back in California was one of the best decisions I made. And being a part of the Greater Columbus community, a region that is growing in every direction has been wonderful. Over the past year the Burnt Toast Farms has grown from a small homestead into a thriving business agro-business and venue space, and we're truly grateful for the support from the community. We're definitely in the right state and the right region for what we do.
DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:
Burnt Toast Farms is a biodynamic cut flowers, and heirlooms and alpaca farm located in beautiful Union County, Ohio. A 20 acre bio-diverse property, the farm doubles as both a working farm and a distinct venue and destination property for weddings and events of all size and type. Following in the French tradition of biodynamics and regenerative agriculture, cultivating only naturally beautiful products free of chemicals and pesticides, their number one goal is to be good stewards of the land. They believe and follow this ethos, and thus nature rewards them with bountiful harvests each season. Beautiful countryside, unadulterated pastures, bio-engineered prairie meadows, neighboring woodlands and wetlands, the estate features many backdrops and picturesque landscapes.
