The Stock Pile

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT DOING BUSINESS IN OHIO?

The Stock Pile is proud to work with Ohio businesses and individuals to help families-in-need improve their homes! Ohio businesses are increasingly supporting reuse, and The Stock Pile is excited to help reduce waste and improve homes in our community while saving businesses time and money.

DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:

The Stock Pile is a nonprofit building material reuse warehouse that provides scratch and dent, overstock, and used building materials and home improvement supplies to people in need. By seeking donations of these materials, we provide access to affordable building materials to low-income, elderly, and disabled individuals and nonprofit agencies. The Stock Pile provides an opportunity for low-income households to have improved, safe housing at a fraction of retail cost. The Stock Pile helps more than 3,000 families improve their homes and diverts more than 100 tons of material from landfills each year.

The Stock Pile is open to the public and offers discounts to elderly, disabled, and low-to-moderate income families. In addition to offering free donation pickups, The Stock Pile offers home and business deconstruction services to help businesses cut costs and reduce waste. We believe that reuse can save money, reduce waste, improve homes, and help Ohio grow! Working with local businesses, families, and non-profits to reduce waste and improve homes is our passion and privilege.
