Ohio Military Votes Update: March 10, 2016
Dear Military Members and Overseas Voters:
The absentee ballot request deadline for the March 15th Primary is this Saturday, March 12th at 12 pm! This year’s primary ballot will include a number of state, local, and presidential candidates. Though you are away from home, your vote can still impact decisions in your community.

Register to Vote and Request Your Ballot with One Form: the FPCA
1- Fill out the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to request your ballot. You can access the FPCA form (https://www.fvap.gov/eo/overview/materials/forms)
or use the Ohio automated assistant (https://ohio.overseasvotefoundation.org/vote/home.htm) to complete the form.
2- Simply, fill it out, print and sign the form. If you plan to e-mail your form, scan it or take a picture of it.
3- Return your request form to the Ohio Secretary of State's office
by e-mail, fax or mail.

*Requesting your ballot be e-mailed to you is strongly recommended because it is the quickest way!
If you have requested your ballot and have not yet received it, contact your board of elections! Click here for contact information for your board.
Ask them to resend your ballot - by e-mail will be the quickest!
Included with your ballot will be a tracking number you may use to track the progress of your ballot. Once you fill out your ballot and mail it back to your board of elections, be sure to periodically check here: https://usoav.sos.state.oh.us/UOCAVA_vr__Login.aspx to verify that your ballot has arrived at your county board of elections!
