Please note that training credit will be awarded on an hour-for-hour basis for each session completed and will be taken into account at the time of reappointment. Continuing Legal Education credit will also be available.
Secretary of State Frank LaRose invites you to participate in Tabletop the Vote 2019: National Election Cyber Virtual Tabletop Exercise. The Tabletop Exercise (TTX) will be facilitated by the Department of Homeland Security for state and local election officials from across the country. This experience will assist participants in identifying best practices and areas for improvement in cyber incident planning, identification, response, and recovery. Through tabletop simulation of a realistic scenario, exercise participants will discuss and explore potential impacts to voter confidence, voting operations, and the integrity of elections.
This event will take place on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. following the conclusion of Summer Conference. It will be hosted in the same location and a light lunch will be provided for the participants of the TTX. The address is listed below:

At least two people from each county are required to attend this event. Space is limited so there will be a maximum of five people per county permitted to attend. Please feel free to invite your county IT staff, county Emergency Management officials, local law enforcement, or representatives from any other agency your county might collaborate with on election day to help things run smoothly. The county board of elections should coordinate the participation of all other county officials. One person from each county will register all participants using the link below.
There will be no cost associated with this event.
Every person registered for this event will receive a ticket. Registrants will be required to print this ticket and present it for entry into the event. Please note that this is a separate ticket from the one used for the summer conference event.
