Please submit either your phone number or e-mail address in case there is a question about your order. Once you submit this e-card, the tribute to the individual veteran you are voting in honor of may be posted in the testimonial section of our Web site (the secretary of state's office reserves the right to edit any submission and/or remove any inappropriate language or testimonial). If possible, please include the following information about your veteran: hometown, branch and rank.  You also have the option of submitting pictures, which will be posted with your testimonial.
