STATEMENT FROM OHIO SECRETARY OF STATE JON HUSTED
Columbus – Regarding today’s decision by a federal court in the case of Fair Elections Ohio v. Husted, all of the following may be attributed to Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted:
“I welcome the fact that this is the 3rd consecutive court case ruling in our favor. With the conclusion of this case, I am pleased that there are no more pending lawsuits that will affect the election.”
“The rules are clear and we can now focus on running a fair election.”
