Columbus – Regarding a federal court’s ruling in Lieberman, et al. v. Husted, all of the following may be attributed to Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted:
“Today’s decision is a victory for accountability in our elections system.
“Rules must be followed and I will continue to hold individuals accountable who fail to do so.”
