The November 5th General Election Is Next Tuesday! Elections are being held in all Ohio counties, with votes determining a number of local races and issues. Though you are away from home, your vote can still impact decisions in your community.
There Is Still Time to Request Your Absentee Ballot! Fill out the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to request your ballot. Use the instructions below to fill out and send us your FPCA.

There Is Still Time to Request Your Absentee Ballot
1- Fill out the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to request your ballot. You can access the FPCA form here or use the Ohio automated assistant to complete the form.
2- Simply, fill it out, print it and sign it.
3- Return your request form to the Ohio Secretary of State's office
by e-mail, fax or mail.
*Requesting your ballot be e-mailed to you is strongly recommended given the short time frame. See instructions below.
