Register/Vote Absentee
Military and overseas voters who complete and return the Federal Post Card Application below can automatically receive an absentee ballot for each election held in the calendar year for which they are away from home.
The completed Federal Post Card Application may be returned to the Ohio Secretary of State's office:
- By mail to Secretary of State, P.O. Box 2828, Columbus, Ohio 43216-2828 (You may also print the address onto your own envelope using the separate return envelope link below),
- By e-mail to OMV@OhioSecretaryofState.gov, or
- By fax to (614) 485-7690.
