Secretary of State Husted to hold Regional Media Event at Montgomery County Board of Elections
Event is part of coordinated statewide outreach effort with county boards of elections

COLUMBUS – Secretary of State Jon Husted will hold a southwest Ohio regional news conference at the Montgomery County Board of Elections on Friday, May 11, 2012, to discuss the importance and recruitment of precinct election officials (PEOs), as well as preparations for the 2012 Presidential Election.

The event will focus on county boards of elections in Southwest Ohio. This is the last of the five regional media events Secretary Husted is holding around the state. To date, the counties that have confirmed their attendance and will be represented at the event include Butler, Clinton, Fayette, Greene and Montgomery.
