COLUMBUS – The following may be attributed in whole, or in part, to Secretary of State Jon Husted regarding today’s signing of House Bill 194 by Governor John Kasich.
“I want to thank Governor Kasich for signing House Bill 194, a comprehensive elections reform bill, into law. His timely action will ensure voters can take advantage of new tools that make it easier to register to vote and ensure their vote is counted. Further, it will give me time to work with 88 county boards of elections to fully implement the new law ahead of the 2012 presidential election.”
