What do you like about doing business in Ohio? We love our easy going guests. Description of business: We started making dry Elderberry wine in 1986. Grape growing and winemaking grew into a passion. The new facility to welcome guests opened in September 2010. There is seating inside for 40, outside on the covered deck or porch for 80. We now serve wine by the glass, bottle and tasting every Friday and Saturday 1-8 p.m. We serve local goat and cow cheese, mixed olives and smoked salmon.
