What do you like about doing business in Ohio? We love Ohio because it has been our home since 1837 when our forefathers arrived here from Alsace, France bringing their clock making and iron forging business with them. Description of business: Today, in our 6th generation of family business, The Verdin Company casts bronze bells and manufactures bell ringing equipment, tower and street clocks and towers to hold bells and clocks...all in our Cincinnati factory. We have grown from a small tower clock business to a world-wide supplier of bells and clocks while remaining true to our Ohio roots. The Verdin Bell Foundry on Wheels traveled the State of Ohio during the Bicentennial years where we cast a bronze bell in each Ohio County where we met the fabulous folks of Ohio!
